Climate Change

The Medford Friends Climate Change Committee is dedicated to fostering a sustainable, just, and peaceful world by addressing the urgent challenges of climate change. Grounded in Quaker principles of simplicity, stewardship, and social justice, we strive to educate, inspire, and mobilize our community to take meaningful action. Through local initiatives, advocacy, and collaboration with other environmental groups, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint and support policies that promote ecological balance and resilience. Together, we seek to honor and protect the natural world as a sacred trust for future generations, guided by a commitment to live in harmony with the Earth.
